congratulations! you're on the road to an amazing experience....i'm starting my 7th day and last nite was rough, i felt like calling it quits and hitting the bottle. of orange juice, that is...but now i'm renewed! it's true what "they" say...any feelings or hardships you have are gone with the next days eliminations. great job on dedicating yourself to health and happiness! when i go to work i prepare the water + maple syrup in my separate water bottles, then bring lemons or limes and cayenne to make it fresh at work. works well, and being in the food industry you'll surely have a nice big fridge to chill your goodies in :) best wishes on today...take one day at a time.
