Me too, I'm doing this everyday.

One day I did it before my evening walk and I only stopped walking because it got dark, I could have walked all night I think.

Also opens the sinuses quite well. And the lungs.

I am also going to have to find new places cause it caused red bumps. I don't know what the meridians are so I have to look that up.

I found that painting first thing in the am gets me up and going and shakes off the groggies in the am.
