I did SIXTEEN HC flushes.  The only problem I had was that I was seeing people talk about their flush being over by noon and I'd gotten where I was trotting til 8pm and that after only drinking  1 of the 2 morning ES drinks.  The oil didn't bother me nearly as much as a sick liver did.

The gentle flush also washed out some blood that I had when I injured my liver from falling out of my attic and bouncing around a tiny hall on my butt like I thought I was Tigger.  I'd done several HC flushes afterwards that didn't address this.  One Hot Lemonade Flush washed the area and let healing commence in that area.  I found that amazing.

Those of you that are trying this flush,  would you plz report result in the liver flush support forum?  I've done 4 of these and now doing a 5th one and it's been nothing to write home about.  Thought I was just doing them for maintenance until I passed a stone yesterday.  Let us know if and how it's working for you.
