Well, I've already established Sugar as the culprit with my personal Acne problem..and have found the paleo diet to be especially effective..and as others have said...perhaps it's an overgrowth of candida...but what sparks this overgrowth? I'm always trying to get to the root of the problem. What I'm trying to say is maybe it's our toxic environment? the vaccines we were given as infants? mercury fillings? A combination of this with a faulty diet? Obviously...some are more prone to Acne than others.

Has anyone tried a heavy metal detox for acne? I've heard chlorella and spirulina coupled with cilantro are effective. I'm thinking about taking Waiora: Natural Cellular Defense. I've always felt slightly off emotionally/mentally...my family thinks i obsess over my acne..or that I'm a hypochondriac, but I really feel as if there is something inherently wrong. Does anyone else feel this way..or is it just me? Like, mental lethargy or brain fog...is that the candida again? Is it the heavy metals? I just want to get to the root of this and be able to move on. I think it's the perfectionist in me trying to fix everything..and this has been one of the unfixables.
