Unfortunately, I have not had success with either an MD or ND. I'm not good at finding NDs or MDs; and I'm not good at describing my symptoms. I think the MD just wants to hear a symptom; so he doesn't have to diagnose.

The problem is that they think I'm allergic to something. With the ND I'm only allergic to pineapple, red kidney beans, egg whites but not yolks, and milk. But I know my sinus symptoms occur 30 minutes after any meal. My education from this forum makes me believe that it is leaky gut syndrome and that fungi has rooted through the intestinal wall and allowed larger food molecules to pass through. That's why the allergy test "fail". I think I'm doing the right thing. For years, I have avoided sugar and alcohol. I'm still on my quest. At least chlorine dioxide targets fungi. This has been around for about 50 years. I'm convinced.
