Long time no hear! Nice to hear from you.

Yes, at last, I have evidence and proof and lots to work with.

I'm not sure about visiting my own GP, it would be a last resort for me I'm afraid. I'm aware this will not be a quick fix, this will be a lengthy one I'm afraid. I feel even if I went to my GP with the evidence, I'd only be given a quick fix. This needs precise treatment. I'm working on options.
