I think the body has an infinity towards O3, if you havent seen changes by now I would think that you are not O3 deficient. Have you tried the borage/primrose oil while avoiding ALL other oils? Like I mentioned I would have never discovered it otherwise. I had tried primrose oil for years and it never did anything for me, at least nothing I could tell. The right fats are so important for the barrier. I was so happy to be able to use water and go out into the sun again.

I think I would try the borage/epo while STRICTLY avoiding ALL other fats. I wasted so much time because I couldn't figure out why the essential fats were not working for me. You see I knew from the very begining that I had the signs of fatty acid deficiency (because of the loss of skin barrier and dry skin) but yet the fats werent working. SO after a few years I came across the info about the fatty acids being able to block one another and finally found my cure. I have since discovered that even small amounts of the O3 fatty acids in seemingly fat free or low fat foods could cause my barrier to be depleted. Like beans-they have 03 and I cant eat too much of them. Chocolate, again has 03. Too many dark green veggies -too much O3. Now I may be a sensitive case but its proved to me that something is not working right in me. I am currently working on cleansing the liver and colon. Could you be the same? I dont know but I am willing to spend so much time explaining all this because I went through hell for over three years with burning, rashy ugly skin that was easily scarred from even rubbing my face on the pillow at night and I feel for anyone who cant figure this out.

I should also ask if you have been tested for diabetes. Diabetics have trouble healing especially the skin.
