Ok, I am a 27 year old female and have SERIOUS alcohol problems. I have been a heavy drinker for about 8 years. For the past 3 years I drink about 3-4 times a week, and it is normally 1/2 a bottle of rum or whiskey or it is 12-15 beers. Rarely is it ever much less. Sometimes I will start drinking around 10 am (like today) but usually it is only when there is left over beer from the night before. Disgusting, isn't it? Well, I would like advice, help, suggestions, a sponser, whatever you have. Thank you so much.
