It all depends on your state of health and level of toxicity. If you are very toxic, you can detox with one drop. I did not begin detox until I reached five drops twice a day, and then it was heavy. Until then I may have been detoxing, but I felt no untoward symptoms. What I did feel was a lessening of my fibromyalgia pain.

We are all different. It depends on the above and also what you want to accomplish and how willing you are to go through the detox.
