Hey there. I do have an anger management problem. I very easily slide from annoyed to angry, and often let it ruin the rest of my day. I can be extremely vengeful and have been known to sya some of the most incisively hurtful things when I'm angry JUST so I can hurt the other person. I have never, ever become physically violent, but I do worry that it may someday devolve into that, which scares me to death. I am also very intolerant of criticism, even when constructive, and have an egocentric view of the world in many cases e.g. if it's not done my way, it's hard for me to accept.

What kind of options do I have as far as something that's inexpensive? I don't have a whole lot of money + am not insured, which is why I ask for an inexpensive one. Can anybody tell me more about the church-based Lifeline and/or Anglicare programs?
