Up early today, I decided to begin with the painting... I know I used more than five drops and I lay there... kinda still drowsy from sleeping. In just a few minutes I felt a shift in energy, similar to drinking a cup of coffee, my mind cleared. It was great.
I also noticed my sinuses are clear again - I can breath at night, the hurt ankle is no longer painful to the touch, fully mobile with no complaints and less puffy. I am still taking it easy.
New development - my skin where I applied the Lugol's got warm and itchy. The Iodine faded and now that area is red, slightly bumpy and still itchy.

I must be an odd bird, cause this is fun.
