As for Dean Howell the prices have always been quite steep and it bugged me too because a lot of people that need it simply can't pay the price. It is a delicate procedure and I would not want any person doing it on me. Same with the atlas adjustment.

The ballon used in NCR causes a violent explosion in the head when it blasts the sphenoid bone and dislodges it from its cramped quarters in the cranium. The first time I did it I slept for nearly a whole day afterwards!!! A real shock to the system. But others were doing it and some for the second or third time all raving about the results so that was supportive.

Before I had it done I would try and speak with others that have been to the practitioner and get some feedback first.
