There are not many people who stay around for 4 years and can remember what has been discussed.
Over the years I have made notes if I thought it might help people, though it has nothing to do with my own problems. It is very time consuming answering questions and not everybody has time for it.

Here are two links I found in my notes, as you can see they are old. The best way to check the archives go to every forum related to liver/gallbladder and use the searchbox at top of the page.
