Hi San2006
In response to an earlier post I didn't get to respond to, H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) will certainly cause a faster heartbeat. Try taking a bath with 3 cups of 35% H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) and you will feel like your heart is about to explode from your chest. It is a good feeling though and with it comes a warm, tired felling.
It is possible as well that the H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) may be speeding up your metabolism, leading to hypoglycemia. If I were you I would eat some good low-glycemic carb foods to sustain the blood Sugar in combination with the protein powders. Low glycemic carb sources include fruits, whole grains, most green and leafy vegetables, nuts, seeds etc. stay away from any "white" carb source like potatoes, White Sugar , white bread, white practically anything. These are high glycemic foods that will cause an almost instant spike in the blood Sugar followed by the Sugar blues or even greater hypoglycemia than when you started eating.Balancing foods in a ratio of 60% good carbs, 30% protein and 10% good fats works wonders for me and keeps my blood sugar fairly even. It's also best to eat several small meals a day rather than two big ones. This will also help to even out the blood sugar levels and keep energy far more constant..
hope this helps
Paul
