Congatulations! this is the reason i am supplementing with iodine. If you don't mind, could you tell me how you did it. I really want to get off of my thryroid meds. I am on 50 mcg levothyroxine.

I have been taking Lugols 3-5 drops a day, salt flushing, magnesium, phosphorus, vitamin C and selenium supplements. while also taking levothyroxine

But yesterday i ran out of pills, and today, even with the Iodine and other stuff, i felt very sluggish and out of it.

I have been mostly raw for about 3 months, and taking Iodine for about a month.

if age has any factor i am 25
