This is my first visit to this site and thank goodness! I have an appointment scheduled for next month to put in the Mirena. I just didn't feel good about it and was planning on canceling and waiting a bit until I felt better about the decision. Now I am definitely not putting that thing in my body, but I can't help but feel frustrated. I have four young children, my oldest just started kindergarten, and I CANNOT get pregnant again. I have started the mini-pill and can already tell that it is affecting my body. I had a severe headache and moodiness after the first day. It has died down a bit, but I am sick of putting chemicals into my body, not to mention that I got pregnant on the pill this last time. My husband won't use a condom, if it were up to him we would have 10 kids. I do want to have more so I don't want to do anything drastic. HELP! I did see that site someone mentioned about Natural Family Planning, but I haven't even had a period since I am breastfeeding my 2 month old. Just kind of venting since I know no one has a magical solution that I haven't heard of yet (if you do let me know). If anyone is in the same boat feel free to vent with me.
