Did you use charcoal caps at the same time as taking champex.

I have been taking champex for exactly a week. so far i haven't noticed much difference.

I only eat one meal a day and take 750mg with that meal. I also take 500mg in the morning and 500mg at lunchtime.

My breath has improved but fecal odour has not. At what point did you really start to notice a difference?
