Yes that's a very good idea; maybe if it gets too bad I'll give Steve my spiritual mentor a ring and explain this to him. Now I know all the strangeness is due to the illness I'll be able to explain it. Well I knew a lot of it was the illness, like mood swings etc but not the compulsive behaviour.

Glad you've got your sister; she sounds very understanding.
