I got up late... made a big raw smoothie and after it had mostly digested I lay down and did the 5 drops - today with Lugol's because my Wilsons's is gone (sigh - sending supportive energy to Trapper for more of this stuff).
Nothing for awhile, then lots of nostalgic thoughts... and a breakthrough about my mother and my relation ship a long time coming. Amazing experience and laying there letting the Iodine do it's stuff, I was able to focus and really feel my way through this former trap of thinking.
So, yesterday was physical, today emotional.

I have not taken my regular drops in water.. I am going to see how this works through he day.
