I wear splints at night for the plantar faciitis to keep my feet flexed - so I guess I can put the plastic on my feet before I put them on - I also was reading that you can use woolen socks with it - the person who posted that said a friend did it and got great results but then came down with a rash - then I read that article with the interview with the doctor and she said you would get a rash if you didn't wash the stuff off with soap and water afterwards - good to know that. I am learning so much here. Maybe some day my dream of spending my elder years up in the Northern California forest as an old time herb lady will actually come true!
