Yes, avoid or cut way back on the coffee. Perhaps only have it on special occasions and that way you will not feel you are missing it so much and also it may fall off our taste radar. I also find those green tea sources interesting and may order as, as the weaher gets colder I like something hot in the morning too! Stay away from sweets or too much chocolate. That can affect the breasts too.

Also look into the Iodoral and I swear the distilled water is helping. I am doing the Dewormer now and will start the Liver Cleanse next week.
