I have OCD. I am doing this diet because I have OCD.

I was diagnosed with Candida this summer when I was tested for food intolerances on a Vega machine. I keyed in Candida+OCD on the net and was delighted and surprized to find results. :) One person's OCD vanished after a month on the Candida diet. There were two other people mentioned too. Do a search aslanlight.

My OCD is very bad. It's mainly about feeling contaminated, but there's also checking and re-reading stuff, etc. It's a nightmare. I have tried everything to get rid of it, but nothing has worked.

I am SURE that Candida is causing it, going from everything I have read.

I have been on the Candida diet for 2 months. No improvement yet with OCD, but I have yet to take the anti-fungals.
