I hope you continue to progress alexandria. I have not tried to use seaweed for my Iodine therapy. Not because of possible contamination. I'm not sure I believe that anyway. I think that is how the Japanese get their Iodine anyway. I know that seaweed contains bromine and mercury; but I don't think it matters. The Iodine content probably manages those things anyway. I haven't tried it; because I don't care for the taste. Maybe I'm not cooking the stuff right. I'd rather take capsules instead. So far, I'm doing fine with Lugol's solution. Many would rather take the Iodoral.
