Sorry to hear things aren't going as well recently, but I think these things run in cycles, like a lot of problems. Two weeks ago my anxiety was so bad that I probably would have taken some valium if it was offered to me, and now I am doing and feeling a lot better. It will take some time to get over the breakup but you will. All you can do is keep your head up high and try to do a little better tomorrow. Anyway, I am excited to hear how Sophie is making out with her new program.
