Azurite, I just reread what you had written earlier, to try to get a grasp on what all you had told me. That is a very good site you gave me the link to about the Castor Oil. I am definetly getting it ordered and getting started with Castor Oil packs- and soaking in Epsom Salts.

I was interested in what he had also said about he recommends for lymph stimulation, and for the liver- taken 3x a day- the olive oil, lemon, distilled water, and orange juice. Have you tried it, or heard of anyone that has?

It can be a disadvantage living where there are no stores close by. I don't feel like making the 70 mile trip to "town" right now, which is why I'm ordering the castor oil, but now I'm excited to try. It's been cold enough here to have snow on the mountains...maybe I'll at least do the epsom salts soak now.
