Coffee....the one thing I have struggled with the most. I had cut back to one cp in the morning for several months, but I admit I have been drinking more of it lately. Azurite has also mentioned coffee...

I like hot drinks...sounds like replacing coffee with green tea might be a step I need to do. Green tea would be ok?
