I too bought the Dewormer and the Gall Bladder Liver Balance from MH as per Dr Sutter's suggestions. I also pretty much eliminated coffee, just having a cup or so every few days when I am out.

Between the Iodoral, the distilled water and the Dewormer, my painful breasts are MUCH better. I have suffered with them for over 6 years. I am going to do the Dewormer for 2 weeks and then switch to the Liver Balance.

I had my amalgams out about a year ago but that did not seem to have as much of an effect as what I am doing now.

If I were you I would start with the Dewormer as that does have iodine in it. If you still have pain, then I would consider the Iodoral.
