go for a jog, watch the sun rise, drink enough good water with a little Sea Salt , lie down on the floor flat on your back for as long as it feels good.
I have a friend who is actually prescribed amphetamines for depression. many people feel like you, you're not evil or bad and you're not alone. go tell a shrink or a priest all your issues/problems just to get it off your chest.
