cool, you did a twelve day fast, congratulations.
clark and MH say the darker the stones, the older, more deeply buried matter is comming out from the back of the liver. I have 3 more flushes to go this summer and will guess count to make sure at least 2000 stones are flushed. I averaged 200 to 500 stones per flush last year each with 4 flushes. Seek same this summer. Clark says average is to eliminate 2000 stones total to clean the liver.
