Yes sir, I used elemental iodine before coming to the ML protocol and can say that I did have some benefits but I also had signs of an over acidic body which caused alot of symptoms. I then added the ML protocol to the elemental iodine and the symptoms went alway. I could never go back to just elemental iodine alone.
