Thanks I had been giving him fenugreek since he was diagnosed a year ago. It's just a quick fix but does work well. His A1C was 7.2 last time i took him.  No artificial sweeteners for him under my care but he does go to dads 4 times  per month.. He tries but pretty much a dunce about herbs and really getting to the nitty gritty.  And he is not eating organic and natural there unfortunately.
