Stay with the procedure and live a normal life while eating a healthy Diet until the CURE.This is better than a lifetime of medication and bowel problems.The colon heals slowly and any wrong food will delay healing.No blood and improved bowel movements shows you are following a correct procedure.Reduce your medication slowly to prevent colon irritation.Never try to rush improvements because the colon heals at its own rate of condition.After you are off medication
