Well I am up to 1mg per day of Selenium from Yeast and another 400mcg of SeMC.

Like Orlee put it; no one told me Selenium was toxic and I been taking 800mcg for years :)

Still, I wouldn't recommend that much unless you buy Selenomethionine or use something like TMG to help Methylation, and from tests the latter is better for metal detox…
