it seems generally accepted that a maximum of 75 drops 35% H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) should be taken per day. This amount should be divided equally among three glasses of water and taken on an empty stomach at three times during the day. Best of luck! I could never get to 25 drops in a glass. Tastes pretty yucky. Definitely work up to that amount slowly.
