I think that sounds good. R-lipoiic is made by the body, but it makes less as people's bodies become poisoned with age on the western diet. no feedback loop has been identified, so by supplementing it one does not hinder the body's own production. search the web on R-lipoic and you'll find more than I can write, in a shorter time frame than I would spend. lots of research has been done on it.
