Ohboy!
I am going to rattle on here, Hopinso...and I know I know nothing, but I'll guess.
I think I had my last spontaneous nosebleed when I was 16, and was told at the time, by old-fashioned adults, that a nosebleed was a good thing, releasing 'pressure'. It was an isolated incident.
Somewhere in the following decade I was told that I was slightly anemic, and I was given iron tablets of various types, and only took enough of them to learn I couldn't tolerate them. They gave me headaches, I believe.
Years later, I was given an iron shot in my hip. The blue mark, 2" or 3" across, stayed there for at least a year. Doctor told me I was 'allergic' to iron shots.
I had excessive menstral flow, pain, very low red cell count, and weakness, which led to transfusions and surgery. After surgery they told me I had endometriosis...but they likely had 'fixed' it.
Surgery led immediately to excessively high red blood cell counts. Doctor bled me, once. I had no more periods, of course. I was 42, and had never given birth.
...........
Recently, I discovered that brown rice helped my urinary urgency quite well, and I am experimenting with cutting out wheat. I only have dh's zucchini bread, and only one or two slices per day...mostly one...though I did eat soda crackers the last two days. Stevia is our sweetener.
I still smoke.
A week or so ago I saw an infomercial for Rice 'n Shine...a drink product made from the 'brown' from raw rice, I believe, plus some other things. The point is, I think, that it is IP6, which I had thought was the part that was good for me. (However, it may be that cutting back on wheat, and eating more kelp, was even better.)
During the discussion of the merits of the product, it was mentioned that the B vitamins in brown rice are lost in cooking. Aha!
So, I am now considering sucking on raw brown rice. (Grin.)
I write all this in the hope that MY problems are due to fooling with the blood, mercury, etc., and the sincere hope there is something here to help you.
I was allergic to cow's milk as an infant, so they bought a goat.
I was raised a vegetarian, but with lots of eggs and fish...a little milk and buttermilk but lots of cheese. Lots of butter. (Margarine and mayo for 35 years, but off them both now.)
I now eat some red meat and fowl, but only, say, once in two weeks. Pasta, say, once in two weeks, and I've been (easily) off cheese for several months but now am taking some.
Watermelon from the garden, a round per day, plus the seeds, has been helpful, and huge salads with olive oil and, currently, apple cider vinegar.
I'm hoping that the brown from raw rice, instead of wheat, will be very helpful, although I read last night that ones brown rice should be short-grain, and mine, so far, isn't.
If I were at your house, I would give you some brown rice to suck on...and cross my fingers.
I might also give you a footbath with enough Himalayan crystal salt to taste like tears...or Celtic grey, if that was all I had.
I would also see if a little Pascalite sloshed in water seemed like a good idea, and if you felt you needed a nice massage, or foot reflexology.
I'd ask you to watch a video (I'll go get the URL)...and I'd hum you the hum I made up for my little boy.

I direct my hands at you, just in case our intentions, our words, do reflect throughout the universe.
Peaceful energy, dear Hopinso.
