Sheldon,
I have used the enema for 7 days now and you are absolutely right about seeing positive results in 6 days. I have been on prednisone for the past 2 months and I'm tapering off my dosage which is 10 mg per day right now.
I was still bleeding up until the 3rd day of the enema treatment. Now, I never see any blood whatsoever and yesterday I experienced my first formed stool in 3 months!
I have been following a strict diet for some time now. No fruit and lots of vegetables. I also started steaming the vegetables as you suggested about 4 days into the enema treatment.
What do you suggest I do now? I would like to expand my diet a little to see what results I get.
