That is funny Trap about the liver. I ordered some meat the other day and decided to try the liver. I only ordered 1 package, but I am going to order more it is already gone. Luckily I had a small piece left and ate it for breakfast.Got also some raw butter and raw cheese. The Braunschweiger was ok but my expectation was that it would taste more like liverwurst, but it did not, might have to try something else.
