I usually go years without a nosebleed, but I have had three bad ones in less than 24 hours! I have tried pressure and packing, but I can't get them to stop. Does anyone have any tip or home remedies to help?

Also I am anemic again. I spent much of my teens and twenties being anemic and being treated with B-12 shots and strong iron supplements that left me nauseous and constipated. Can some of y'all advise me on treating anemia naturally?
