Pizza? Coke? What is his usual diet like?

Let him try not to eat any Sugar or refined carbs for a month or so, and see whether he stil has a problem then. I speak from experience by the way. When I ingest the average western amount of Sugar or carbs for more than a couple of days, I am sure to get chest pains and/or a tachycardia attack.
