...Sugar causes candida, which also causes acne! Sugar is definitely becoming the most evil food substance, also implicated in diabetes, etc.

I'm trying to end all sugar, but it's tough since Sugar and carbs raise seratonin (the chemical that makes you feel good) levels in the brain. However, I found that agave is a good substitute; hated that "stevia", which has a chemical taste tho it's natural.
