Hi I am a leaky gaser (pass gas often without knowing it) and have just started using Champex which is the 250mg version (4 days). I am taking a 500mg dose once a day as I only eat one meal a day? I am also taking 250mg first thing in the morning. I myself am 35 and have had this for over 10 years. Over the years I think that my sense of smell has adjusted and I can only very slightly smell myself. People around me smell it all the time even from 10 feet away they will usually cough. When people are near me they are usually holding there nose etc. I am not constipated and tend to have very loose bowel motions. I have a few questions for anyine else using this product. Is any one using this for leaky gas? and has it worked for them? Is anyone else using it and how long before you started to notice a reduction in odour if there was any? Has anyone used it and noticed no change or a change for the worst. How many times a day and what dose? I only eat a meal once a day so should I only use it once a day? Any feedback from others would be appreciated. I'v tried so many different things over the years so I'm really hoping that this is going to work for me. One thing I have noticed afer the first 2 days is that my breath already seems to be pretty odourless especially first things in the morning and after a full day at work when I used to notice bad breath odour. However i definately do still smell of feaces after four days. I am not sure if the smell has changed at all but peoples reactions to me seems to be about the same. I purchased my Champex from Supersmart and it arrived after three working days. Charcoal tablets / Caps have not really worked for me I took them for the best part of 10 years and they jus change the smell. Fennel and other herbal teas don't seemt to work either. Chanmging my diet changes the smell s some foods cause less odour but the odour is always there. Regards All, Sun0119
