I've just read on forum that coconut 'milk' is bad for candida. That now makes me query coconut oil/spread, which I use a lot for baking, frying and as a spread on bread. I assumed that as coconut contains caprylic acid, that is good. Also that coconut is very good for us in that it contains the good fats.

So, if coconut milk is bad is coconut oil bad?
