I really enjoyed reading it. He is very thorough.

I like doing the enemas at home too. I would like to have a colonic apparatus in my home.

Speaking of furnishing a dream home, recently I have read something about infrared saunas. I got a book by oz Garcia and he says that infrared sauna will break a large water molecule into smaller one thereby releasing any toxins held in the original molecule. Now I am not a qualified person. I do not give advice and I have no idea if that makes any sense or not but many people think saunas are detoxifying. I wonder if they are good for you.
