i think a lot of people die in there sins of overeating and all that other stuff that goes along with it. im kinda lucky i woke up, other people eat till they die. where would i be now if i ate the right things? i dunno. im only 19. all i know is that when you eat to feed and nourish your body, its very different to eat to avoid the guilt of eating and maintain your ego or somethin, i cant explain it. but when i eat only raw foods that are good for me if i find my self a little bit more speritual. good luck with it. peace
