There are many cleanses that will do the trick. Some are more suited to certain individuals. I prefer high alkalinizing juice fasts. A water fast is the ultimate but so many people are so toxic that the quick release of toxins would kill most people in today's highly toxic world. If yopu have the time, slow and steady wins the race if you apply proper natural principles and align with universal laws.
