Messing up my blood sugar/V8?


Hello,

I have been having about 3 vegy/fruit juice drinks a day. In terms of the quantity of liquid, it is probably about 2/3 fruit/carrot or beet, and 1/3 vegetable. Lately I have noticed that I am starting to feel hypoglycemic and riding the blood Sugar rollercoaster. Is there a rule of thumb, as to how much fruit juice to take in a day? I don't know if I am ready to do strictly vegetable juices yet.

Also, does anyone have any good juice recipe that tastes like the regular V8? I do enjoy the taste of V8, so maybe I can start there.
