I tend to joke and exaggerate a little... i'm not *really* chain smoking. I'm just smoking at will.

And you're right -- the whole issue is about awareness...really seeing what I am doing to my body.

I've been sick with a cold for a couple days. It certainly makes this whole smoking thing less pleasurable. Even though my quit date is 2 months away, I'm giving it a shot now.
