the only alkalizing agent i take is iodine, and that particular aspect of taking it is purely accidental. before i even stated iodine, my pH was fine. i simply quit eating the things which formed excess acid in my body in the first place. thats what dr hays book is good for.

in your friend, the cancer is making the acid, plus she probably has a bunch of stuff stored to keep those home fires burning. she needs iodine. Tweet
