it did sound like something to me, but not that of a lazy person. it sounded like you hadnt thought much of any of this through. this has to be particularly true if you are considering ingesting calcium hydroxide.

there is some truth in what your husband said. jesus said the flesh profiteth nothing. thats an easy thing for a guy in his early thirties to say. its true, of course, but those of us who have been poisoned by this modern worlds witches brew are both physically and spiritually bereft of life. this physical life has a purpose which is spiritual, but this world tries to rob you of both, telling you that all that matters is how you feel at the moment. that attitude gets people in trouble when doing iodine, or many of the other health-restoring protocols. it REALLY gets in the way of spiritual developement.

there are several of what i call Foundations of Health. believeing you can and will get better is one of them. oxygenating, hydrating, iodinating and mineralizing are the others. without these, you are spinning your wheels and chasing your tail. that is the whole reason i took up the Iodine cause. its that important.

go down that list and know it well. doing everything on that list brings pH into balance automatically. why do you think that the body goes acidic in the first place? it is because it can survive in that state easier than going to far the other way. remove the source of the acid formation and you remove the excess acid.

read dr hays book, health via food. it is essentially the first book in MH's series. read it till you understand and believe. you will never have a pH problem again. i dont.
